I, MICHAEL MORAN, Minister for the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 (No. 29 of 1957), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 , (Establishment Day) Order, 1958.

2. The establishment day for the purposes of the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 (No. 29 of 1957), shall be the 1st day of April, 1958.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 29th day of March, 1958.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

By this Order the 1st day of April, 1958, is appointed to be the day of establishment of Gaeltarra Eireann for the purposes of the Gaeltacht Industries Act, 1957 .
