CONTROL OF IMPORTS (QUOTA NO. 45) (COTTON PIECE GOODS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1958. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Control of Imports Acts, 1934 and 1937, hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 45) (Cotton Piece Goods) (Amendment) Order, 1958. |
||
|
2. The Control of Imports (Quota No. 45) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 330 of 1949 ), is hereby amended by the substitution for paragraph 4 of Part II of the Schedule of the following paragraph, namely : |
||
|
"4. Woven piece goods which have undergone one or more of the processes of printing, painting or embossing." |
||
