I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 5 of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 21 of 1958), hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (Commencement) Order, 1958. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of October, 1958, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 21 of 1958), shall come into operation. |
||
