I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 11 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by that subsection, hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day, 1959) Order, 1959. |
||
|
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. |
||
|
3. The 31st day of July, 1959, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board. |
||
|
