I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), hereby order as follows : |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (Extension of Area of Application) Order, 1959. |
||
2. The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the townland of Derrinlough in the barony of Eglish and county of Offaly. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
The effect of this Order is that the area of application of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 , is extended to an area in County Offaly, near Birr. |
