JOHNSTOWN CASTLE AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1959 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1960.

JOHNSTOWN CASTLE AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1959 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1960.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 14 of the Johnstown Castle Agricultural College (Amendment) Act, 1959 (No. 30 of 1959), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Johnstown Castle Agricultural College (Amendment) Act, 1959 (Commencement) Order, 1960.

2. The 18th day of January, 1960, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Johnstown Castle Agricultural College (Amendment) Act, 1959 (No. 30 of 1959), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 11th day of January, 1960.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides that the Johnstown Castle Agricultural College (Amendment) Act, 1959 shall come into operation on 18th January, 1960.
