The Minister for Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Electoral Act, 1960 (No. 43 of 1960), hereby orders as follows:-- 15-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral Act, 1960 (Commencement) Order, 1960. |
||
|
2. The Electoral Act, 1960 shall for all purposes come into operation on the 21st day of December, 1960. |
||
|
