LOCAL AUTHORITIES (COMBINED PURCHASING) ACT, 1939 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1960. |

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Act, 1939 (No. 14 of 1939) hereby orders as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Act, 1939 (Commencement) Order, 1960. |
||
|
2. The Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Act, 1939 shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1961. |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this twenty-second day of December, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
