I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby order as follows : |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act 1961 (Establishment Day) Order, 1961. |
||
|
2. The 17th day of May, 1961, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961). |
||
|
