I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 50 of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961), hereby order as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 ( Transfer Day) Order, 1961. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of August, 1961, is hereby appointed to be the transfer day for the purposes of the Dairy Produce Marketing Act, 1961 (No. 1 of 1961). |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
