COUNTY WEXFORD (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

COUNTY WEXFORD (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of Section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the County Wexford (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Wexford into dispensary districts shall be varied by the transfer of the townland of Effernoge from Enniscorthy North Dispensary District to Ferns Dispensary District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty One.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this nineteenth day of July, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty One.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the division of the County of Wexford into dispensary districts by the transfer of the townland of Effernoge from the Enniscorthy North Dispensary District to Ferns Dispensary District.
