I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Agricultural Workers (Holidays) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 36 of 1961), hereby order as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Workers (Holidays) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1961. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of September, 1961, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Agricultural Workers (Holidays) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 36 of 1961), shall come into operation. |
||
