		S.I. No. 197/1961: ELECTRICITY (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1961 (TERMINATION) ORDER, 1961.
		ELECTRICITY (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1961 (TERMINATION) ORDER, 1961.
		The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 , hereby order as follows:
		1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 (Termination) Order, 1961.
		2. The Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 , shall expire on the 13th day of September, 1961.
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 12th day of September, 1961.

		EXPLANATORY NOTE.
		This Order declares that the Electricity (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1961 , shall expire on the 13th September, 1961.
