IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (COATED ALUMINIUM STRIP) ORDER, 1961.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Coated Aluminium Strip) Order, 1961.

2. The Imposition of Duties (Coated Aluminium Strip) Order, 1960 ( S.I. No. 13 of 1960 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of "1st day of October, 1963" for "1st day of October, 1961" in subparagraph (g) of paragraph 2.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for the extension to 30th September, 1963 of the period of suspension of the Customs duty on certain coated aluminium strip.
