COUNTY MEATH (REGISTRARS' DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1961.

I, PADRAIG Ó CINNÉIDE, An tArd-Chláraitheoir, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 of the Registration of Births and Deaths (Ireland) Act, 1863 and section 8 of the Registration of Marriages (Ireland) Act, 1863, hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the County Meath (Registrars' Districts) Order, 1961.

2. The division of County Meath into Registrars' Districts shall be varied by the transfer of the townlands of Assey, Balgeeth, Ballinter, Bonfield, Dowdstown (Parish of Dowdstown), Philpotstown, Lismullin, Cabragh, Castleboy, Castletown Tara, Dowdstown (Parish of Tara), Fodeen, Jordanstown, Odder, Riverstown, Ross, Blundelstown, Clonardran, Corballis and Gillstown, from An Uaimh Registrar's District to Killeen Registrar's District.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the 21st day of December 1961.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to vary the boundaries of the Registrars' Districts in the County of Meath by the transfer of the District Electoral Division of Tara from An Uaimh Registrar's District to Killeen Registrar's District.
