I, PÁDRAIG S. Ó hIRIGHILE, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 5 of the Local Authorities (Education Scholarships) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 34 of 1961) hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Education Scholarships) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1962. |
||
|
2. The 31st day of March, 1962, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Local Authorities (Education Scholarships) (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 34 of 1961), shall come into operation. |
