		S.I. No. 93/1962: CORONERS ACT, 1962 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1962.
		CORONERS ACT, 1962 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1962.
		I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Coroners Act, 1962 (No. 9 of 1962), hereby order as follows :
		1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners Act, 1962 (Commencement) Order, 1962.
		2. The Coroners Act, 1962 (No. 9 of 1962), shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1962.
		GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 31st day of May, 1962.

		EXPLANATORY NOTE.
		This Order brings the Coroners Act, 1962 , into operation on 1st July, 1962.
