WHEAT LEVY ORDER, 1962.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and after consultation with An Bord Gráin, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Wheat Levy Order, 1962.

2. The rate of wheat levy in relation to wheat harvested in the year 1962 shall be 3s. 3d. per barrel of 20 stones.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order fixes the rate of levy payable on millable wheat of the 1962 harvest.
