AN BORD GRÁIN (ASSIGNMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNCTION) ORDER, 1962.

AN BORD GRÁIN (ASSIGNMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNCTION) ORDER, 1962.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Function) Order, 1962.

2. The function of arranging for the testing of home-grown wheat is hereby assigned to the Board.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 26th day of July, 1962.
