SUMMER TIME ORDER, 1962. |

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Summer Time Order, 1962. |
||
2. The period of summer time appointed by the Summer Time Order, 1926, shall not be the period of summer time for the purposes of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1963. |
||
3. The period of summer time for the purposes of the Summer Time Act, 1925 (No. 8 of 1925), during the year 1963, shall be the period beginning at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 31st day of March, 1963, and ending at two o'clock, West-European time, in the morning of the 27th day of October, 1963. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
This Order fixes the period of summer time during the year 1963 as the period from the morning of 31st March, 1963, to the morning of 27th October, 1963. |
||
In accordance with subsection (2) of section 3 of the Summer Time Act, 1925 , the above Order has been approved by Resolution of each House of the Oireachtas. |
