COMPANIES (STOCK EXCHANGE) ORDER, 1964.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Miniser for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 44, 45, 361 and 362 of, and paragraph 28 of the Sixth Schedule to, the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Stock Exchange) Order, 1964.

2. The stock exchanges at Dublin and Cork are hereby prescribed for the purposes of sections 44, 45, 361 and 362 of, and paragraph 28 of the Sixth Schedule to, the Companies Act, 1963 .

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 2nd day of March, 1964.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order prescribes the stock exchanges recognised for the purposes of the Companies Act, 1963 .
