I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 103 , 112 and 169 of the Companies Act, 1963 (No. 33 of 1963), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order, 1964.

2. In this Order "the Act" means the Companies Act, 1963 .

3. The following fees are hereby prescribed for the purposes of section 103 of the Act:

For registering a charge required to be registered under Part IV (excluding section 112) of the Act:

4. The fee for furnishing a copy of a report in accordance with section 169 of the Act shall be £2 per copy.

5. The Order, S.R. & O., 1909, No. 326/L. 13, made on the 29th day of March, 1909, by the Board of Trade, is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The purpose of this Order is to prescribe the fees to be paid in connection with certain provisions of the Companies Act, 1963 .
