LIMERICK HARBOUR WORKS ORDER, 1951 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1964.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 134 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946) and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), and on the application of the Limerick Harbour Commissioners, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Limerick Harbour Works Order, 1951 (Amendment) Order, 1964.

2. The works authorised by the Limerick Harbour Works Order, 1951 ( S.I. No. 168 of 1951 ), shall be completed within fifteen years from the commencement of that Order.

3. The Limerick Harbour Works Order, 1951 (Amendment) Order, 1961 ( S.I. No. 115 of 1961 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order extends by two years from the 21st June, 1964, the period for completion of certain works at Limerick Harbour.
