I, BRIAN LENIHAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Pawnbrokers Act, 1964 (No. 31 of 1964), hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Pawnbrokers Act, 1964 (Commencement) Order, 1964. |
||
|
2. The Pawnbrokers Act, 1964 (No. 31 of 1964), shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1965. |
||
|
