I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (Commencement) Order, 1964. |
||
|
2. The first day of January, 1965 is hereby fixed as the day on which the Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) Act, 1963 (No. 15 of 1963), shall come into operation. |
||
