EXCHANGE CONTROL (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1965.

I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31 of the Exchange Control Act, 1954 (No. 30 of 1954), as continued by the Exchange Control (Continuance) Act, 1962 (No. 38 of 1962), hereby make the following regulations:

1.--(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exchange Control (No. 2) Regulations, 1965.

(2) The collective citation "the Exchange Control Regulations, 1959 to 1965" shall include these Regulations.

2. The First National City Bank, 1 Dawson Street, Dublin, is hereby appointed to be an authorised dealer.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations appoint the First National City Bank to be an authorised dealer for the purposes of the Exchange Control Acts, 1954 to 1962.
