S.I. No. 43/1966:

HEALTH (HOMES FOR INCAPACITATED PERSONS) ACT, 1964 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1966.

HEALTH (HOMES FOR INCAPACITATED PERSONS) ACT, 1964 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1966.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 9 of the Health (Homes for Incapacitated Persons) Act, 1964 (No. 8 of 1964), hereby orders as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Homes for Incapacitated Persons) Act, 1964 (Commencement) Order, 1966.

2. The Health (Homes for Incapacitated Persons) Act, 1964 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1966.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this Twenty-fifth day of February, 1966.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to provide for the bringing into operation, as from the 1st April, 1966, of all sections of the Health (Homes for Incapacitated Persons) Act, 1964 .
