S.I. No. 68/1967:

DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT, 1966 (SECTION 29) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1967.

DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT, 1966 (SECTION 29) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1967.

I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (Section 29) (Commencement) Order, 1967.

2. The 12th day of April, 1967, is hereby appointed as the day on which section 29 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 12th day of April, 1967.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to bring into operation section 29 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966).
