FOOT AND MOUTH DISEASE (MERCHANT SHIPPING) ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1968.

I, NEIL T. BLANEY, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1966 (No. 6 of 1966), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Foot and Mouth Disease (Merchant Shipping) Order (Revocation) Order, 1968.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of March, 1968.

3. The Foot and Mouth Disease (Merchant Shipping) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 264 of 1967 ), the Foot and Mouth Disease (Merchant Shipping) (Amendment) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 298 of 1967 ), and the Foot and Mouth Disease (Merchant Shipping) Order, 1968 ( S.I. No. 43 of 1968 ), are hereby revoked.
