REDUNDANCY PAYMENTS ACT (AUTHORISED OFFICERS) ORDER, 1968.

I, P. S. Ó h-IRIGHILE, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 55 of the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967 (No. 21 of 1967), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Redundancy Payments Act (Authorised Officers) Order, 1968.

2. The Minister for Labour may, with the consent of another Minister, designate an officer of that other Minister to be a duly authorised officer of the Minister for Labour for the purposes of the Redundancy Payments Act, 1967 (No. 21 of 1967).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order empowers the Minister for Labour to designate officers of other Ministers to be duly authorised officers of the Minister for Labour for the purposes of the Redundancy Payments Act.
