WHEREAS Charles Haughey, Minister for Finance, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office: |
||
|
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) Order, 1968. |
||
|
2. John Lynch, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Finance during the period ending on the 30th day of November, 1968. |
||
|
