MAXIMUM PRICES (MILK) (BALLINASLOE) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1969.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 22C (3) of the Prices Act, 1958 (No. 4 of 1958), as amended by the Prices (Amendment) Act, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Maximum Prices (Milk) (Ballinasloe) (Revocation) Order, 1969.

2. The Maximum Prices (Milk) (Ballinasloe) Order, 1967 ( S.I. No. 227 of 1967 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the Maximum Prices (Milk) (Ballinasloe) Order, 1967 which fixed the maximum retail price for bottled milk (other than highest grade milk) in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.
