The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 150 of the Mines and Quarries Act, 1965 (No. 7 of 1965), with the consent of the Minister for Labour and the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations: |
||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Mines and Quarries Act, 1965 (Birth Certificates) Regulations, 1970. |
||
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st June, 1970. |
||
3. The appointed fee for the purposes of section 150 of the Mines and Quarries Act, 1965 shall be one shilling for each certified copy of an entry in a register of births. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE |
||
These regulations fix at one shilling the fee for obtaining a birth certificate for the purposes of the Mines and Quarries Act, 1965 . |
