IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY) ORDER, 1970.

I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Imposition of Duties Act, 1957 (No. 7 of 1957), and section 22 of the Finance Act, 1962 (No. 15 of 1962), and with the consent of the Minister for Industry and Commerce, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Agricultural Machinery) Order, 1970.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 16th day of October, 1970.

3. The Imposition of Duties (Agricultural Machinery) Order, 1969 ( S.I. No. 11 of 1969 ), is hereby amended--

( a ) by the substitution in paragraph 5 of " chopper/distributor attachments " for " beater bars or flails" , and

( b ) by the deletion of paragraph 7.
