OIFIG AN ARD-CHLÀRAITHEORA (HOURS OF BUSINESS) (TEMPORARY) REGULATIONS, 1970. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 4 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby makes the following Regulations-- |
||
|
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) (Temporary) Regulations, 1970. |
||
|
2. The 28th day of December, 1970 shall be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of Article 2 of the Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora (Hours of Business) Regulations, 1967 ( S.I. No. 114 of 1967 ). |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

These Regulations amend the main regulations (which specify the days and times that Oifig an Ard-Chláraitheora will be open to the public for the purpose of making searches of the indexes) to enable the office to close on Monday 28th December, 1970. |
