I, TOM FITZPATRICK, Minister for Lands, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (1) (b) Land Act, 1965 (No. 2 of 1965), hereby order as follows:-- |

(1) This Order may be cited as the Land Act, 1965 (Congested Areas) Order, 1973. |
||
|
(2) The area comprising the counties of Longford, Cavan and Monaghan is hereby declared to be a congested area for the purposes of the Land Act, 1965 (No. 2 of 1965). |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
The effect of the Order is to declare counties Longford, Cavan and Monaghan to be a congested area for the purposes of the Land Act, 1965 (No. 2 of 1965). |
