The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 15 of the Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (No. 6 of 1974) hereby orders as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (Commencement) Order, 1974. |
||
|
2. The Local Government (Roads and Motorways) Act, 1974 (No. 6 of 1974) shall come into operation on the first day of June 1974. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
