		S.I. No. 196/1974: SOCIAL WELFARE ACT, 1974 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1974.
		SOCIAL WELFARE ACT, 1974 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1974.
		The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Social Welfare Act, 1974 (No. 12 of 1974) hereby orders as follows:--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare Act, 1974 (Commencement) Order, 1974.
		2. The Social Welfare Act, 1974 , shall come into operation on the 3rd day of July, 1974.
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Social Welfare this 24th
		day of June, 1974.
