CORK PARKING TEMPORARY RULES, 1974 (REVOCATION) RULES, 1975.

I, PATRICK MALONE, Commissioner of the Garda Síochána, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 90 (7) of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), and with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby make the following rules:

1. These rules may be cited as the Cork Parking Temporary Rules, 1974 (Revocation) Rules, 1975.

2. These rules shall come into operation on the 3rd day of March, 1975.

3. The Cork Parking Temporary Rules, 1974 ( S.I. No. 188 of 1974 ), are hereby revoked.
