SOCIAL WELFARE (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1975 |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 (2) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (Revocation) Order, 1975. |
||
|
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of September, 1975. |
||
|
3. The Social Welfare (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order, 1975 ( S.I. No. 193 of 1975 ), is hereby revoked. |
||
