CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTION DAY 1977) ORDER, 1977.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 11 (2) of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day 1977) Order, 1977.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The 25th day of July 1977, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 19th day of May, 1977.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints a day in 1977 on which ordinary members of the Cork District Milk Board shall be elected.
