IMPOSITION OF DUTIES (DUMPING AND SUBSIDIES) (PROVISIONAL DUTY ON REFRIGERATORS) (NO. 2) ORDER, 1977 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1977.

I, JUSTIN KEATING, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 (6) of the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) Act, 1968 (No. 11 of 1968), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (Provisional Duty on Refrigerators) (No. 2) Order, 1977 (Revocation) Order, 1977.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of June, 1977.

3. The Imposition of Duties (Dumping and Subsidies) (Provisional Duty on Refrigerators) (No. 2) Order, 1977 ( S.I. No. 115 of 1977 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for the revocation of the provisional duties on refrigerators originating in Czechoslovakia.
