NATIONAL BOARD FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1977 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1978

NATIONAL BOARD FOR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1977 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1978

I, MARTIN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Economic Planning and Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the National Board for Science and Technology Act, 1977 (No. 25 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Board for Science and Technology Act, 1977 (Establishment Day) Order, 1978.

2. The 5th day of April, 1978, as is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Board for Science and Technology Act, 1977 .

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 10th day of March, 1978.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order appoints the 5th day of April, 1978, to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Board for Science and Technology Act, 1977 .
