WORKER PARTICIPATION (BRITISH AND IRISH STEAM PACKET COMPANY LIMITED) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS, 1978.

I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1978.

2. The 20th day of November, 1978, is in relation to the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited hereby appointed to be the nomination day for the purposes of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These regulations appoint 20th November, 1978, as the day on which nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to the British and Irish Steam Packet Company Limited shall be received by the returning officer.
