I, GENE FITZGERALD, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 (1) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (Appointed Day) (Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta) Order, 1978. |
||
|
2. The 23rd day of August, 1978, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of section 6 of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), in relation to Nitrigin Éireann Teoranta. |
||
