AGRICULTURE (AN CHOMHAIRLE OILIÚNA TALMHAÍOCHTA) ACT, 1979 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1979.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979 (No. 9 of 1979), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979 (Commencement) Order, 1979.

2. Sections 1 to 18, sections 20 to 25 and section 27 of the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979 (No. 9 of 1979), shall come into operation on the date of the making of this Order.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order specifies that Sections 1 to 18, 20 to 25 and Section 27 of the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta) Act, 1979, shall come into operation on 20th July, 1979.
