ÚDARÁS NA GAELTACHTA ACT, 1979 (COMMENCEMENT OF PART IV) ORDER, 1979.

I, DONNCHA Ó GALLCHOBHAIR, Minister for the Gaeltacht, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979), hereby make the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (Commencement of Part IV) Order, 1979.

2. The 1st day of November, 1979, is hereby fixed as the day on which Part IV of the Údarás na Gaeltachta Act, 1979 (No. 5 of 1979), shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
