NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL ADVISORY, EDUCATION AND RESEARCH AUTHORITY ACT, 1977 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1980.

I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (Commencement) Order, 1980.

2. The provisions of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977), not previously brought into operation (as amended by the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmháochta) Act, 1979 (No. 9 of 1979)) shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1980.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order specifies that the provisions of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 not previously brought into operation (as amended by the Agriculture (An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmháochta) Act, 1979) shall come into operation on the 1st day of July 1980.
