GREYHOUND TRAINERS' (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1980. |

Bord na gCon in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 37 of the Greyhound Industry Act, 1958 (No. 12 of 1958) and also by sub-section (3) of Section 5 of the said Act, hereby makes the following regulations, that is to say:-- |

(1) These regulations may be cited as the Greyhound Trainers' (Amendment) Regulations, 1980. |
||||||||||||||
|
(2) The Greyhound Trainers' Regulations, 1961 (No. 58 of 1961) are hereby amended by the deletion of Article 7 and the substitution therefor of an Article in the following terms:-- |

|
"The charges payable to the Board for the grant and renewal of licences shall be as follows:-- |
||||||||||||||
|
||||||||||||||
|
(3) These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1981. |
||||||||||||||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||||||||||||||
|
The effect of these Regulations is to amend the Greyhound Trainers' Regulations, 1961, in relation to maximum fees charged for the grant and renewal of Public and Private Trainers' Licences. |
