The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on her by subsection (1) of section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 ( No. 22 of 1935 ), as adapted by article 4 of the Health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58), hereby orders as follows:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (Sale of Milk in Urban District of Listowel) Order, 1981. |
||||||||
|
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order. |
||||||||
|
3. On and after the 1st day of January, 1982 the sale of milk is hereby prohibited in the Urban District of Listowel unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 . |
